History is the linux command to check the GNU History Library.

linuxinternetworks ~ # history
1 mount -t devpts none /dev/pts
2 mount -t proc none /proc
3 mount -t sysfs none /sys
4 cd tmp/
5 ls
6 dpkg -i ultimate-edition-customizations-3.0.0_all.deb
7 dpkg -i ultimate-edition-customizations-3.0.0_all.deb
8 #Absolute final build process:
9 apt-get autoremove
10 apt-get clean
11 apt-get autoclean
12 dpkg –list |grep “^rc” | cut -d ” ” -f 3 | xargs sudo dpkg –purge
13 rm /etc/resolv.conf
14 rm /var/lib/apt/extended_states
15 #Unmount

To save history to a text file

linuxinternetworks ~ # history > history_file.txt

linuxinternetworks ~ # less history_file.txt
